People with a Passion for People

I’ve experienced life coaching before and found it incredibly helpful in giving me clarity, structure, and a sense of direction. Having someone to talk things through with and help break things down into manageable steps made a real difference to my motivation and progress.
Recently, I’ve been trying to rebuild that structure independently using tools like a start–stop–continue board. While it’s been useful for reflection, I’m still finding it difficult to translate that into consistent action and to know where to begin. I often feel stuck between ideas and intentions, without a clear starting point.
As someone who is neurodivergent, I find that having external accountability and support is especially valuable. I thrive when I can work collaboratively with someone who helps me set realistic weekly goals, maintain focus, and build momentum without feeling overwhelmed.
I’m looking for coaching support to help me regain that sense of direction, create achievable steps forward, and stay accountable in a way that works with how my brain functions—not against it.
