By law, you have 14 days to cancel your online purchase — but we give you a full 30 days from the date of your enrolment to review the printed and digital study materials.

  • 30-day returns window: You can cancel for any reason within 30 days of enrolling.
  • Full refund for unopened materials: If the returned materials are still sealed, you’ll get a full refund.
  • Opened materials: You may open the pack to inspect the contents. If anything is damaged or needs repackaging, we may deduct a reasonable amount to cover loss in value based on actual costs.
  • Return shipping: You are responsible for returning the delivered material at your cost
  • Your rights protected: Our policy includes the statutory 14-day cancellation right, but gives you more time.

That’s why we offer a 30-day returns window, which extends the minimum cancellation rights provided under UK consumer law.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

We voluntarily extend this to a total of 30 days from the date of your enrolment, giving you more time to examine the printed and digital study materials.

You may cancel for any reason within this period.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email.

2. REFUND AMOUNT

If returned unopened (original packaging intact):

You will receive a full refund of the programme fee.

If returned opened:

You are allowed to open and inspect the printed study materials to the extent necessary to understand their nature and content.

Under UK law, we may reduce your refund if you handle the materials in a way that goes beyond what is necessary for inspection and causes a reduction in value.

Examples of situations where a deduction may apply:

  • Materials are marked, written in, creased, or damaged
  • Components are missing
  • Items are not returned in resaleable condition
  • Packaging is significantly damaged and must be replaced

In these cases we may deduct:

  • The demonstrable loss in resale value
  • Reasonable costs of repackaging and processing

We will not deduct anything for:

  • Simply opening the packaging to look at the materials
  • Careful handling needed to assess the course contents

This is in line with regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

You are required to return the materials to our distributor at your own cost. Please contact us to request the correct return address.

4. HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned materials
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed between us.

5. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy does not limit your statutory rights under:

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015
