We recognise that your decision to register for our Life Coach Training and Certification Programme is an important step and we don't expect you to take it lightly.
To help make your decision as risk free as possible we agree to refund the amount that you pay upon registration and, if appropriate, any further instalments paid if, for whatever reason, you change your mind within 30 calendar days of first registering. A small administration fee – see details below – will be deducted from the amount that we will refund you.
Should you decide to cancel your registration within the initial thirty day period you will need to notify us, by email, before the expiry of the thirty day period. Our email address can be found on the back page of any of your skills training manuals.
You will then be required, at your cost, to return all of the Life Coach Training Programme and (if applicable) bonus material originally delivered to you.
The material, both printed and digital, must be returned in the
same as-new, reusable, resaleable condition you received it, to the UK address that
we will supply you.
On receipt of the material, we will inspect it. If, in our opinion, any of the material returned is not in a reusable and resaleable condition we will levy charges, at our cost, required to render the material in reusable and resaleable condition. Such charges will be notified to you and deducted from the amount refunded to you.
We will endeavour to process your refund within seven working days of receiving the material and assessing it for reusability and resaleability.
The administration fee referred to above is calculated at 3.5% of the gross invoiced amount (excluding any optional additional services you may have chosen) and is levied to cover the original costs of assembling and shipping your programme material.
