We recognise that your decision to enrol in the New Insights Life Coach Training and Certification Programme is an important step and we don't expect you to take it lightly.
We want to help minimise the risk of making this decision by respecting your right to cancel and obtain a refund within a limited period after enrolling in training.
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind within 30 calendar days of you completing the enrolment process, we will agree to refund any amount that you have paid, whether paid upfront or in instalments, subject to the deduction of a small administrative fee (see below).
Should you decide to cancel your enrolment within the initial 30-day period you will need to notify us, by email, before the expiry
of that period. Our email address can be found on the back
page of any of your skills training manuals. You can also find it by clicking here.
You will then be required, at your cost, to return all the physical material (Including any bonus material where relevant) that was delivered to you as part of the New Insights Life Coach Training and Certification Programme.
The material must be returned in the
same as-new, resaleable, reusable condition you received it, to the UK address that
we will supply you in response to your email notifying us of your cancellation.
On receipt of the material, we will inspect it. If, in our opinion, any of the material returned is not in a resaleable, reusable condition we will levy charges, at our cost, required to render the material resaleable and reusable. condition. If you request it, we will supply photographic evidence to support our contention regarding the condition.
Any such charges will be notified to you and, along with the administration fee, deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
We will endeavour to process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned material.
The fee we charge for training is inclusive of packaging and courier delivery of the printed and other physical material that forms part of the training programme.
When you return the programme material after cancellation we also incur the cost of unpacking and inspection of the material.
In recognition of these extra costs that we incur upon cancellation, we levy a small administrative charge that amounts to 4.0% of the
gross amount invoiced to you.
