I am an autistic and ADHD adult starting a graduate audit role in September. I would like coaching focused on creating sustainable routines, initiating and prioritising work, handling vague tasks and transitions, managing fatigue, and communicating effectively at work. I understand the coach will be a trainee, but I would prefer someone who is neurodiversity-aware and uses a collaborative rather than prescriptive approach.
