People with a Passion for People
People with a Passion for People
by Julia
(Richmond, London)
My name is Julia, I’m 25 and based in London.
I feel a strong dual calling in my life: a beautiful need to express myself artistically and emotionally through music, performance, creativity and a compassionate desire to help others heal, grow and feel seen. I sense that my journey combines both paths.
I hold a BA Hons in Musical Theatre, I’ve recently begun performing singing gigs around London and I have completed Level 1 of Emotional Freedom Technique training (with Level 2 coming up in February).
I’m at a point where I recognise my own potential I have creativity, passion and a strong desire both to express myself and to help others. But I’m not always the best at turning potential into consistent action. I often get pulled by different ideas, aspirations, and impulses, which makes it hard to build something stable and sustainable. I tend to overthink practical steps like:
- posting on social media and building an online presence,
- creating a portfolio and actually sending it out,
- putting myself forward for opportunities,
- I can get stuck perfecting things — to the point where time passes and nothing gets shared or submitted.
This leaves me with lots of ideas and dreams, but not enough follow-through to build something steady and sustainable.
I’d love support with:
- gaining clarity on which path(s) to focus on first — realistically, not ideally,
- creating a plan that supports both stable income and creative/emotional fulfilment,
- developing structure and consistency so I don’t rely only on motivation,
- staying grounded when I get excited, overwhelmed, or pulled in too many directions.
If you’re a coach — especially a trainee or someone looking for a practice client — and you feel drawn to working with someone creative, open, motivated and ready to grow, I’d love to connect.
I’m committed to doing the work and building a grounded, sustainable path forward.
Hoping to hear from you!
