I would like to put myself forward as a volunteer on your full-life transformation programme.

I am currently experiencing negative belief patterns and would like some help and guidance to direct me and assist me in making more decisive decisions and to set clear goals towards achieving what I want from life, including my career, relationships, and personal growth.

Due to my procrastination and lack of self belief in myself at times along with some personal relationship issues I am trying to overcome I am finding myself feeling overwhelmed and stressed, I would appreciate some guidance in finding tips on ways to mange/reduce stress in my life.

Any life coach support would be very much appreciated.

Hello Tanya,

I was definitely in your situation a few years ago, and of course, I was a great procrastinator. Still, everything changed when I understood the power of my subconscious mind. I am now fully controlling my life and everything in my space. I am happier and feel fulfilled. I can help you navigate those negative patterns. In the meantime, kindly write out everything you want in your life and write it in the present tense. Read it every day for a minimum of 21 days. The whole idea is to reprogram your subconscious mind through repetition, which will later show in your physical world. Trust me, It works.
