Looking for help with self confidence and deciding on a direction in life.
I've suffered with depression all my life, as well as anxiety and often have panic attacks in social situations. I would love to learn some tips for becoming mentally strong, emotionally resilient and finding a way to become happier in my life.
Job-wise, I have always bounced around, never staying anywhere long as i get bored easily and love to travel. Never had any idea of a 'career' or direction, and i would love to find something meaningful and rewarding to do with my life.
