Since being a teenager, I've struggled with my self esteem and self confidence. I've been through numerous counselling and CBT and want to try something different.
It effects my career and relationships. I want so bad to be the confident person and give off positive energy but I struggle. Struggle to see how to be how I want and should be and not self sabotage what I have.
I worry I will to progress in my career and relationships unless I am able to get past this.
