Registration for the New Insights Life Coach Training & Certification ProgrammeTerms and Conditions
By registering for the New Insights Life Coach Training & Certification Programme you agree to the following simple, yet important, terms and conditions:
Programme Satisfaction GuaranteeYou must notify us by email, to bill@life-coach-training-uk.com within thirty days of the date of your registration if you decide not to proceed with the course.You will then be required, at your cost, to return all of the life coach training programme and (if applicable) bonus material delivered to you. The material, both printed and digital, must be returned in the same as-new, reusable condition you received it, to the address that we will supply you. On receipt of the material we will conduct a check. An additional charge will be levied for material that is not reusable. We will endeavour to process your refund within seven working days of receiving the material and assessing it for reusability. An administration fee will be levied to cover the original costs of assembling, packing and delivering your programme material. This fee is calculated at 3.5% of the gross invoiced amount, excluding any optional additional services you may have chosen, and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Up to date contact detailsYou take responsibility for ensuring that any changes to your registration details are communicated to New Insights as and when they occur. In particular it is essential that New Insights has an up to date email address and contact telephone number on record.Sharing of contact detailsIn order to promote and enhance networking, you give us permission to share certain details with other New Insights trainee coaches and trained coaches in the ‘Network Updates’ that we issue every two to three months. These details include your name, email address, county, city/town, contact telephone numbers and certification progress.Should you wish to opt out from sharing your details (not recommended) you must notify us by email to bill@life-coach-training-uk.com within two weeks of registering.
Time limit on certificationIn order to protect the integrity of the New Insights certification process, we place a time limit on completion of the requirements for certification. You have two full years from the date of your registration within which to complete these requirements.Submission of material for certificationAll material that forms part of the requirements for New Insights certification (as listed in your Programme Introduction and Ethics Manual) must be submitted electronically (by fax or by scan and email) to certification@new-insights-uk.com.Other than in exceptional circumstances, New Insights does not accept material sent by post.
Programme material not for transfer or resaleThe programme material, in printed and digital format, that you receive upon registration, together with any digital material that you may download from the Trainee & Coach Resources page of the New Insights website, is intended for your exclusive use.The material may not be transferred or resold and New Insights will not provide certification support to the recipients of transferred or resold material.
Copyright on materialAll of the training and coaching material that you receive upon registration or subsequently download from the New Insights website is copyrighted and you are expected to respect this copyright.For as long as you are a registered trainee or New Insights certified coach in good standing you are entitled to use the New Insights Coaching System™, incorporating the Coaching Session Notes, when you coach third party clients. Once you become more proficient as a certified coach, you may adapt the material within the New Insights Coaching System™ to suit your chosen niche and personal coaching style, provided that you:
Right to changeNew Insights has a policy of continuous improvement. We therefore reserve the right to make changes – to the training material, online support and facilities, the Coaching System™ and our policies – that may be required from time to time.Coaching Success GuaranteeNew Insights is committed to supporting those trainee and certified coaches who wholeheartedly commit to its Programme. The New Insights Programme is specifically designed to ensure that those who become certified are suitably equipped to become quality life coaches with successful practices.You are required to notify us within the first six months after certification if you are experiencing serious difficulties with establishing a successful practice as a full time life coach. You will be required to furnish us with any information we may request of you in order to plan the required intervention to assist you to gain at least ten coaching clients within your first twelve month period as a certified coach. You acknowledge that your full cooperation and commitment will be necessary to make any intervention successful.
Independent OperatorAs a New Insights trainee life coach or certified coach, you enter into coaching contracts and coaching sessions with your practice clients or paying clients as an independent operator.Although you are licensed to use the New Insights Coaching System™ you do so in your own personal or business capacity and not as an agent or employee of New Insights Life Coaching UK Limited. As such New Insights cannot in any way be held liable for the process, outcome, results or effect (either direct or indirect) of your coaching.
Income not guaranteedAlthough New Insights offers examples of the level of income that may be achieved from life coaching, you must remember that the income you make will be dependent on many factors, such as your chosen niche market, your Unique Selling Point as a coach, whether you choose to coach full or part time, how many clients you take on, how much experience you have, what your fees are, and so on.You acknowledge that the income you make from a career in life coaching cannot be guaranteed and is very much dictated by your own level of commitment and the effort you put in.
