Customer Ratings and Feedback
We consider our trainees/students and those who go on to become certified New Insights trained coaches as our customers and we take pride in measuring their satisfaction with our products, services and support!
We conduct a formal questionnaire based survey of our customers at two points:
Some weeks after purchase and registration, once trainees have received the programme material and had time to familiarise themselves with it. We call this our 'Initial Customer Feedback'.
Some weeks after trainees have completed the certification process to become certified coaches. We call this our 'Final Customer Feedback'.
We collect aggregated statistics for those customers who respond to our surveys and we update the overall picture for reporting here on our website every three to six months.
