It’s a good feeling – owning a company that generates income from doing good for society – and it is essential to me that we operate in a completely transparent and ethical way. After all, the main principles on which life coaching is founded are those of trust, respect and fair exchange between coach and client. That’s the way I believe it should be between New Insights and our customers (trainees and coaches).
‘Sticking to the knitting’
In business circles they often talk about the importance of ‘sticking to the knitting’ or focusing on what you do really well – your chosen ‘niche’.
The niche that New Insights has chosen can be described as ‘aspirant life coaches and those seeking personal development who want convenience, affordability and flexibility without compromising on the quality and effectiveness of their training’.
At New Insights UK, that’s what we do and all we do – and we like to think we do it well.
Training that offers the best of both worlds
New Insights' research showed that most people who consider taking up a career in life coaching are already very busy - in full time employment, in parenting children, in completing other studies, in active retirement or in some other way.
The CAFÉ elements (convenience, affordability, flexibility and effectiveness) are the attributes that such people most desire from their training programme.
The New Insights Life Coach Training and Certification Programme combines the benefits of home study – you study the theory and complete the assignments in your own time and at your pace – with a hands-on approach to the practical part of the course, backed up by great support and some innovative online facilities.
Making you feel like part of a family
The New Insights philosophy is to treat our customers as part of a ‘family’, without being intrusive or overbearing. We believe that our trainees and coaches should feel free to choose the level of interaction that they want with us, subject to the requirements of the certification process.
We regularly share high-level details of our coach and trainee database to encourage networking and connectivity between those in training with us and those who are already proudly coaching with the New Insights system.
Ongoing support
At New Insights we go to some lengths to support, promote and keep connected with those certified coaches who have trained with us. For those who require it, we offer facilities like special coach identifiers, profiling in our life coach directory, access to coach membership of our journaling platform, advanced coach training workshops and group advertising opportunities amongst others – all at very modest charges.
Independence without strings attached
Unlike some coaching organizations, we don’t expect New Insights trained coaches to operate under any form of license or franchise agreement. New Insights trained coaches remain completely independent, free to operate their own practices without any further constraint, other than basic respect for the copyright in our material.
